Sberbank says RAS net profit at 120.7 bln rbl in April

MOSCOW, May 12 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s top bank Sberbank stood at 120.7 billion rubles in April, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the bank said in a statement on Friday without providing a comparative figure for 2022.

In January–April, the net profit stood at 470.9 billion rubles.

The bank’s retail loan portfolio increased by 2% in April to 12.9 trillion rubles. The corporate loan portfolio grew by 2.3% to almost 20 trillion rubles.

Sberbank’s retail deposits rose by 2.2% on the month to 18.8 trillion rubles, and corporate deposits by 0.2% to 9.2 trillion rubles. Since the start of the year, retail deposits rose by 2.4%, corporate by 5.6%.
